Cancellations & Returns Policy for online purchases.
Providing goods have not been despatched, we would normally refund a
deposit in the case of a cancellation of a regular advertised item.
Special orders of non-advertised items must be paid for in full and will
not be subject to cancellation.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you
can return it to us in unused condition within 10 days and receive a
full refund. If you require us to collect, this can be arranged at our
convenience and will be charged at a cost.
Ordering/Payment
Place your order online by using our secure encrypted shopping basket if
you wish to and simply pay with any leading Visa/MasterCard or debit
card.

and arrange to pay in the same way or by cheque or cash, whichever suits
you best.
Goods to be despatched by courier/post must be paid in full prior to
despatch.

· Cash and Credit Card payment ownership of goods passes to the customer when paid in full.
· Payment by cheque, ownership of goods passes to the customer when funds have cleared.
